That Girl Guided Journal : Find your Flawless Self - A lifestyle blog post in 5 steps

Updated: Jun 12, 2023

A lifestyle blog post around the 5 steps to finding your flawless self.

Find Your Flawless Self: 5 Steps

Everyone has flaws. We all have things that we wish we could change about ourselves. However, it's important to remember that there is nothing wrong with being imperfect. In fact, flaws make us human. They are the things that make us unique and special. This blog post is designed to help you find your flaw and embrace it. We'll be discussing five steps that will help you find your flaw, understand it, and use it to your advantage. By following these steps, you will be on your way to becoming your flawless self. So what are you waiting for? Start today and discover the beauty in your flaws!

1. That Girl Guided Journal Journaling Activity: Identify your main flaw

Everyone has a flaw but it's important to identify which one is holding you back from achieving your goals. Once you know your flaw, you can start to work on fixing it.

In order to find your flaw, it's important to be honest with yourself. Look at everything you do and ask yourself: "Am I doing this because I want to or because I feel like I should?" Be honest with yourself because trying to be someone you're not will only lead to frustration.

Once you know your flaw, it's time to start working on fixing it. There are five steps you can take to improve your Flawless Self:

1. Recognize that you have a flaw.

2. Stop doing things that are related to your flaw.

3. Make a plan to fix your flaw.

4. Start working on fixing your flaw.

5. Reflect and use your That Girl Guided Journal to think on your progress.

2. Accept your flaw

The first step to finding your flaw is accepting that you have one. Once you've acknowledged that you have a flaw, the next step is to start thinking about it. What is it about yourself that you find difficult to change?

For me, it's my stubbornness. I find it difficult to change my mind or to accept that I might be wrong. I often times hold on to beliefs that I know are wrong even when there is evidence to the contrary. Many years ago, I conquered this flaw and turned it into one of my greatest strengths. It turns out, it's the corner stone of learning how to manifest and have faith in my abundance and future HER. This flaw ,turned strength, literally changed my entire life. In so grateful I journaled and worked on myself so many years ago.

3. Change your perspective to see your flaw as a strength

In order to start finding your flawless self, you'll need to change your perspective. This may seem difficult at first, but once you start doing it, it'll become easier and easier.

When you start to look at your flaw as a strength, it'll be easier to be more accepting of yourself. You'll start to see that this flaw is actually a part of who you are and it's something that makes you unique.

Start by writing down 5 things about yourself that make you feel bad. Once you've completed this, you're ready to start the next step.

The next step is to start to see these flaws as a part of who you are. For example, if you're self-critical, start to see it as a part of your personality. It's not something you have to change. You're not a bad person because you have this flaw. You're a good person because you're able to accept and embrace it.

4. Celebrate your flaw

No matter how hard you try, there will always be something about you that you don't like. You might have low self-esteem, be critical of yourself, or think you're not good enough.

But this doesn't have to be the case. You can change the way you see yourself and your flaws by celebrating them.

For example, you might wear a shirt that celebrates your flaws. Maybe it has a picture of yourself with a silly caption that says something like, "I'm not perfect but I'm perfect for me." This will help you see your flaws in a more positive light and start to feel more comfortable in your own skin.

You can also journal and write down five things you're great at and five things you're not so great at in your That Girl Guided Journal. When you look at this list, you'll start to see that you're actually pretty flawless after all.

5. Take action to improve your flaw

You are not perfect. There is no such thing as a flaw-free person. Even the most successful people have areas they need to work on. How can you find your flaw and work to improve it?

1. Recognize your flaw

The first step is recognizing that you have a flaw. It may be an area where you need to be more patient or where you need to be more organized. Once you have recognized your flaw, the next step is to take action to improve it.

2. Set a goal

Once you have recognized your flaw, the next step is to set a goal for yourself. This goal should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.

3. Take action

Once you have set your goal, the next step is to take action. This action should be directed towards improving your flaw.

4. Reflect

Once you have taken action and seen results, it's time to reflect on your progress. This reflection will help you stay on track and continue to improve.

5. Celebrate

Once you have improved your flaw, it's time to celebrate! This celebration should be an opportunity to reflect on your progress and to give yourself a pat on the back.
